1. The sieve plate of the jig machine is loose or broken
During operation, if the sieve plate is found to be jumping with the pulsating water flow, it means that the screws of the sieve plate are loose or fall. If it is found that a water column gushes out of the liquid surface like spring water in a certain part of the bed during the rising period of the water flow; during the falling period of the water flow, the water flow falls to the ground particularly quickly, and the material in the hoist bucket increases significantly, indicating that the sieve plate is broken Into a hole.
Treatment method: If you find that the sieve plate screws are loose or falling, you should immediately stop the machine to clean the bed and tighten the screws; if the sieve plate is broken, stop the machine to drain water, clean the bed, and repair the holes in the sieve plate.


2. Emptying the bed of the jig
The thickness of the bed is related to the properties (density and particle size) of the processed materials. In normal production, the bed must maintain a certain thickness and make it stable. But sometimes due to too large gate opening or improper adjustment of automatic discharge device such as piezometer electrode, resulting in excessive discharge, leading to the phenomenon of bed emptying.
Treatment method: When the bed is empty, it should be dealt with in time. Adjust the gate opening and electrode to the proper position, and readjust the bed to make the bed thickness appropriate.


3. Problems with the discharge system of the jigger
During the discharging process, the support bending plate of the discharging system of the jig machine is misaligned, which makes the gap between the support bending plate and the lifting wheel uneven, and friction occurs in the narrow parts, and the material overflows in the parts with large gaps, making it unsorted The material enters the product. This is caused by the displacement of the lifting wheel in the hoistway or the deformation or looseness of the support plate.
Treatment method: timely adjust the lifting wheel support device and guide wheel position during daily maintenance to maintain the normal working position of the lifting wheel in the wheel track; timely tighten the connecting bolts of the support bent plate to correct the deformed support bent plate.


4. The angle of the jig machine air valve is different
The purpose of adjusting the air volume and water volume of the jig machine is to keep the bed stable and make it in a working state that is conducive to sorting. In actual operation, sometimes in the same section of the jig machine, the bed beating is uncoordinated and the gap is large.
Treatment method: stop the machine immediately and carry out the proofreading of the damper angle. In order to improve the sorting effect and processing capacity of the jig, it is necessary to pay attention to the period characteristics of the air valve in each compartment in the same section in the operation. 5. Jig machine solenoid valve failure
When the solenoid valve of the jig machine is blocked, the sealing ring leaks, etc., it is mostly caused by the failure of the air filter, the high-pressure wind with water or more impurities, and the solenoid valve is not cleaned during the inspection. When the coil is disconnected or the wiring is in poor contact, it will also cause the solenoid valve to make no sound after it is energized.
Treatment method: clean the solenoid valve regularly, replace the sealing ring and coil, and replace the air filter.
