The three-disc belt magnetic separator is a device that utilizes magnetic differences to achieve mineral separation. It mainly consists of a feeding system, a magnetic system, and a belt conveying system. It can separate four products in one pass and is suitable for dry beneficiation.

Applicable minerals:
Magnetite, chromite, ilmenite, and other ferrous metal ores, as well as monazite, zircon, etc.
It can also be used for iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals (such as quartz sand, feldspar, etc.).
During operation, the material first passes through a weak magnetic roller to separate strong magnetic minerals such as magnetite. It then sequentially passes through three disks with increasing magnetic field strengths, allowing materials with different magnetic properties to be separated step by step, while non-magnetic materials are discharged from the end of the equipment.
The adjustment of the magnetic field strength in the three-disc belt magnetic separator is primarily achieved by rotating the adjustment handwheel on the control panel. Turning the handwheel changes the current supplied to the electromagnetic coils, thereby precisely controlling the magnetic field intensity of each disk.
