Rock Gold Mining Processing Machine is the most traditional method of extracting gold in rock gold mine used widely. 1. Crushing: Use jaw crusher to crush the raw material into 0-25mm particles.
2. Grinding: Use the ball mill to grind the particle materials into powder.
3. Gravity concentration: Use gold shaking table to separate the gold concentrate from the powder.
In hard rock gold ore, gold is often present as fine particles and is unevenly distributed. Direct smelting or simple crushing cannot effectively release the gold.
Through crushing, grinding, and beneficiation (gravity separation, flotation, cyanidation, etc.), gold can be liberated from the gangue and concentrated into a concentrate, significantly improving recovery rates and reducing the amount of gold “lost in the tailings.”
Gravity separation does not rely on chemical reagents; there is no need to add flotation agents, cyanide, or similar chemicals, which lowers processing costs.
It is beneficial for environmental protection, as it reduces the generation and treatment burden of wastewater containing chemicals or cyanide.
By combining gravity separation with flotation, cyanidation, and other methods, an integrated process is formed:
Gravity separation recovers coarse gold → Flotation/cyanidation recovers fine gold.
This approach covers different gold particle size fractions, increasing the comprehensive recovery rate across all sizes.
