The Gemini shaking table is a high-efficiency gravity separation machine designed for recovering fine free gold and upgrading heavy minerals from 30 microns to 2 mm. Driven by a differential reciprocating deck motion and controlled wash-water flow, it stratifies particles by specific gravity and produces clear bands of concentrate, middlings and tailings. Unlike rough jigs, the Gemini table is built for the cleaning stage — ideal after centrifugal concentrators, spiral chutes or ball-mill classification. It delivers high enrichment ratio, low power consumption, no chemicals, and stable 24/7 operation for both lab-scale testing and small-to-medium plants.
