Induction Melting Furnace
HCZ series medium frequency induction melting furnace adopts induction heating principle, generating alternating magnetic field by high-frequency current in coils to rapidly heat and melt metal workpieces. With oscillation frequency of 1–20 KHz, it features fast heating speed, uniform temperature and zero pollution. Widely applied for metal smelting, refining, casting, heat treatment and welding in metallurgy, casting and machinery manufacturing industries. HCZ medium frequency induction melting furnace works on electromagnetic induction heating. The equipment outputs medium-frequency current to the induction coil and creates alternating magnetic field, which heats and melts metal materials rapidly. This induction melting machine runs at oscillation frequency 1–20 KHz, powered by 3 phase 380V, 50/60Hz. The power range covers 15kW to 110kW for selection. It requires circulating cooling water for stable operation. Benefits include rapid heating, even temperature distribution and clean pollution-free heating.
