It is composed of the drum, screen, machine frame, roller, transmission part, washing system, power control and so on. In the drum, there has six wear resistant guide plates and at the discharge end, there has three discharging devices to wash the material completely. Cone-shaped screen and 6-10mm screen size, the transmission part is composed of the motor, reducer, coupling, big and small gears, transmission shaft, and bearings and so on. The big gear on the drum will drive the drum moving, the roller on the drum will moves with the drum.

The motor drives reducer and at the power discharging end, it has the shaft gear to drive the big gear of the scrubber to reduce the speed of the washing drum; the washing drum is supported by four rollers. The materials with the clay feeding to the rotating drum will be brought up, rolled over and dropped by the guide plate with a certain angel and crashed and rubbed when it is rotating with the scrubber. The high pressure water will washing the material to remove the clay and the washed material will be brought to the screening section to classify the particle.
