Blue bowl gold concentrator is one continuous winding rubber riffle type of gravity concentration equipment, used in the gold mining industry for the recovery of fine gold.

The hollow shaft of centrifugal bowl concentrator can be driven by electrical motor transmission part through belt driving, making the rotation inner sleeve rotate in a high speed to produce centrifugal force. The centrifugal force pushes the gold not only outward but also upward such that even when gold enters the riffles it is not securely trapped. In fact it will continue to migrate up the bowl’s wall over riffle after riffle until it is lost. Spiral riffles eliminate this loss by forming a gold trap undercut along the bottom of all the riffles.
