CGMB循环立式搅拌球磨机粉碎效果好，省时、省能源。球磨物料细度均匀，适应各种物料超细粉碎。采用电动隔膜泵，其特点是压力低，大流量泵在搅拌过程中不断动作吸料，促使料浆不断循环，加速球磨粉碎，得到比较均匀的粒度分布；根据需要可选配预混合搅拌机。采用蜗轮减速器与电机皮带传动，传动可采用V或同步带设计，使传动处于软连接，避免硬联接与电机直接起动，大大降低噪音，保证机器平稳运转。根据各种行业要求，同物料接触处可采用聚氨酯、不锈钢、锰钢、刚玉、氧化锆等材料。可选装变频器。

CGMB cyclic vertical agitating mill produces good crushing effects, and is time saving and energy saving. Besides, the particle sizes of materials grinded by it are uniform. It can be used for the ultrafine grinding of various materials. It adopts electric diaphragm pump which is characterized by low pressure. During the process of agitation, the pump with large capacity continuously suctions materials. With this equipment, worm reducer and motor belt are used to drive materials. V-belts or synchronous belts can be used, to allow soft connection of drive as well as avoid hard connection and direct startup of motor. As a result, noise is largely reduced and the machine can operate smoothly. In accordance with all kinds of industry requirements, materials such as polyurethane, stainless steel, manganese steel, corundum, and zirconia can be used in places where it is in contact with the materials. Frequency converter can be installed.
